Skills Reform National Partnership Agreement – Implementation Plans for New South Wales and Victoria

Negotiations on the implementation plans for NSW and Victoria for skills reform have been completed and plans approved by the Tertiary Education and Skills Minister Craig Emerson earlier this week.

The Australian Government’s National Partnership on Skills Reform provides additional funding of $1.75 billion over five years for the national training system. The funding available to NSW under the plan is $561.6 million and the funding available to Victoria is $434.8m.

Implementation plans have now been agreed with all states and territories.
