Science.gov.au has been re-developed

Science.gov.au has been re-developed as a new hub to communicate with a wide range of audiences about the Australian Government’s commitments, investments and priorities in science.

Science.gov.au brings together the work the Australian Government is doing on science, research and commercialisation to make it easier for all Australians interested in science to find information on a range of science topics, including:

  • latest news and social media feeds from the Department of Industry and Science and Australian Government science agencies
  • linking science with industry
  • science education
  • community science events
  • science infrastructure
  • international collaboration

In the coming weeks, the Government, with the Chief Scientist, will consult the science sector and industry to bring together a whole of government policy for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Information about the consultation will be available on science.gov.au.

Science information on Industry.gov.au is moving to Science.gov.au

Information contained in the Science section of industry.gov.au will from today and over the coming weeks move to science.gov.au.

The Prime Minister’s Prizes for Science information will remain on industry.gov.au until June 2015.

On all affected pages, visitors will be re-directed automatically to new location on science.gov.au.
