In June 2011 reforms to Australia’s anti-dumping system were released in a package titled Streamlining Australia's Anti-Dumping System.
The government committed to an evaluation of the reforms 5 years after implementation. The evaluation includes assessments on the implementation and impact of each reform includes findings for the 5 themes.
This evaluation was conducted by the department’s Evaluation Unit and focused on implementation and impacts of the reforms. The evaluation found improvement in access and consistency, and deterioration in timeliness.
