The Hub works in partnership with each client agency to deliver cost effective Aurion based payroll services.
Our approach delivers benefits to each client agency, including:
- reduced duplication of effort
- reporting on accurate and meaningful payroll data
- centralised system upgrades and improvements
- expert advice on legislative compliance, systems, and transaction processing
- shared ownership of risk, with the Hub undertaking regular assurance activities to maintain accuracy levels
- collaboration across a government payroll community.
Client agencies
The Hub delivers shared services to 13 client agencies, currently supporting around 12,700 staff. All on a full cost recovery basis.
