The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received an application seeking review of a decision by the then Acting Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under section 269TJ(1) and (2) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Precision Pipe and Tube Steel exported from the People's Republic of China and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (the Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (EPR 550) on 28 September 2021 (ADN 2021/110).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.

Preliminary Reinvestigation Report: On 18 March 2022, the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) published a preliminary reinvestigation report setting out the Commissioner's preliminary findings in respect of the reinvestigation. The report is available on the ADC's website here. Interested parties have been invited to make submissions to the ADC in response to the Commissioner's preliminary findings by no later than 3 April 2022.
