Minister’s statement of reasons for the National Radioactive Waste Management Facility site declaration

The minister declared part of the land at Napandee as the site for the National Radioactive Waste Management Facility (NRWMF).

The declaration brought into effect the Commonwealth acquisition of the land to host the NRWMF.

This statement of reasons sets out the details of the decision and the process of selecting the site.
