Our Reconciliation Action Plan underpins the department’s goals to:
- increase employment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- build better career paths for our employees
- develop our programs and policies to support Indigenous businesses.
It outlines the actions we will be making in 2019–2021 to further our commitment to reconciliation.
