Organisations can apply for up to $100,000 to promote STEM creativity and skills development for young people aged under 18 in design, engineering and programming.
Funding will support projects that encourage young people to develop and apply their STEM knowledge through experimentation, tinkering and hands-on learning by engaging with a range of technologies.
This is the third round of the Maker Projects grants, with a total of $2 million in funding over the next 2 years. The grants are an element of the Inspiring Australia – Science Engagement Program which contributes to the our vision for a community engaged in and enriched by science.
