We’re looking for people with disability to bring their skills and experience to our department. A variety of positions are available in locations across Australia.
We want our workforce to reflect the Australian community. We need people with diverse skills, expertise, perspectives and lived experience to help us shape policy to benefit all Australians.
This recruitment initiative aims to increase employment opportunities for people with disability and increase representation in our department up to a minimum of 10% by 2025. It will also help us to achieve objectives under our Accessibility Action Plan 2020-25 and Inclusion Strategy 2021–23.
As part of this, we have launched our first employee value proposition (EVP) for people with disability. This was developed following consultation with staff with disability or those with experience caring for someone with disability.
