Our department has signed a trilateral memorandum of understanding (MoU) on supply chain resilience. The MoU is co-signed with partners from the US Department of Homeland Security and the UK Department for Business and Trade.
Signed by senior officials on 9 September 2024, the MoU gives a platform for strategic cooperation on critical supply chains.
It will improve our joint ability to:
- identify vulnerabilities in supply chains
- share information on supply chain risks
- work together to address supply chain challenges.
The MoU reflects and endorses supply chain cooperation that is already underway and reinforces the mutual commitment made by partners to address supply chain risks.
