Our discussion paper provides an overview of the offshore safety legislation and raises issues for public comment. Submissions will help us develop a policy framework.

The review is part of our continuous regulatory improvement process. We aim to ensure the current OHS safety regime continues to provide an effective, leading-practice framework for securing the health, safety and welfare of workers.
