South Australian company Detmold are working with the Australian and South Australian Governments to pivot from packaging manufacturing to produce masks and respirators in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Detmold Group is a proud South Australian business based in Brompton.
We have purchased 18 dedicated surgical mask production lines.
We have secured raw material, which is highly specialised for this product and we are retrofitting our facilities at Brompton to start manufacturing in May.
The introduction of this new product category to our South Australian facility will benefit South Australians through employment.
We’ll be reaching out to dedicated organisations in South Australia to support us, but also will be employing direct labour to assist with the manufacturing of the product.
