The report of the review of the implementation of the Australian Jobs Act 2013 investigates the transparency of processes to ensure compliance under the Act.
This independent operational review was conducted by Quantum Consulting Australia from August to November 2018 and involved national consultation with stakeholders. It includes recommendations to the Australian Industry Participation (AIP) Authority to:
- formalise an evaluation and monitoring framework to better understand AIP activities and outcomes
- increase communication of AIP activities and outcomes to stakeholders
- review and improve the AIP plan and compliance report templates.
