The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ("ADRP") has received an application from OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd ("OneSteel") dated 24 April 2018 for review of a decision by the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission ("ADC") to terminate the investigation into the alleged dumping of Steel Rod in Coils exported from the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam ("Reviewable Decision")
The Reviewable Decision was published on the ADC's website on 26 March 2018 (ADN 2018/53 refers).
Under subsection 269ZZT(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the Panel must make a decision on the application by affirming the Reviewable Decision or revoking the Reviewable Decision. The Decision will be published on the ADRP website on or before 16 July 2018.
