The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application for review of the decision of the former Assistant Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science/Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science to publish a notice under subsections 269TG(1) and (2) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Certain Wire Rope exported to Australia from the Republic of South Africa (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on 18 December 2017 on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (ADN 2017/172).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Parliamentary Secretaryrecommending that the Parliamentary Secretary either affirm the Reviewable Decision, or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
