The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application for review of the decision of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, made on 16 August 2017 to publish a notice under subsections 269TG(1) & (2) and 269TJ(1) & (2) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Zinc Coated (Galvanised) Steel Exported from the Republic of India, Malaysia and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on 16 August 2017 on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (ADN 2017/99).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Parliamentary Secretaryrecommending that the Parliamentary Secretary either affirm the Reviewable Decision or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
