The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ("ADRP") received an application from PT CG Power Systems Indonesia for review of a decision by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science to impose dumping duties in respect of Power Transformers Exported to Australia from the Republic of Indonesia by PT CG Power Systems, Indonesia ("Reviewable Decision").
The Reviewable decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission ("Commission") website on the 6 June 2017.
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the Panel is required to make a report to the Parliamentary Secretary on the applicationrecommending that the Parliamentary Secretary either affirm the Reviewable Decision, or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
