The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) received an application from Guardian Industries Corp Ltd for a review of a decision by the Parliamentary Secretary to secure the continuation of the anti-dumping measures currently applying to exports of Clear Float Glass (CFG) from the People's Republic of China, Republic of Indonesia and The Kingdom of Thailand (the Reviewable Decision).
The Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) website on 8 September 2016.
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the Panel must make a report to the Assistant Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, on the application by recommending that the Assistant Minister affirm the Reviewable Decision or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision. The decision of the Panel will be published on this website.
