Aluminium Road Wheels exported from the People's Republic of China

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (the Panel) has accepted applications from Pilotdoer Wheels Co. Ltd (Pilotdoer) and Zhejiang Yueling Co., Ltd (Yueling) for review of a decision by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Scienceto publish findings in relation to a review of anti-dumping measures in respect of Aluminium Road Wheels exported from the People's Republic of China ('the Reviewable Decision'). The Reviewable Decision was published on 22 October 2015.

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the Panel is required to make a report to the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science on the application recommending that the Parliamentary Secretary either affirm the Reviewable Decision or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.

Interested parties, relevant trade unions and people who use Aluminium Road Wheels in the production or manufacture of other goods in Australia have 30 days from the publication of the noticeindicating the Panel proposes to conduct the review to make submissions. The publication of the notice occurred on 22 December 2015.
