A4 Copy Paper exported from Austria, Finland, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation and the Slovak Republic

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received applications for review of the decision of the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under subsections 269TG(1) and (2) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of A4 Copy Paper exported from Austria, Finland, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation and the Slovak Republic (Reviewable Decision).

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website on 10 April 2019 (ADN 2019/37).

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted a specified new decision.
