The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received applications seeking review of the decision of the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under subsection 269ZHG(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Hot Rolled Structural Steel Sections exported from Japan, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan (expect for exports by Feng Hsin Steel Co Ltd) and the Kingdom of Thailand (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website on 11 November 2019 (ADN 2019/126).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.

Preliminary Reinvestigation Report: On 27 August 2020, the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) published a preliminary reinvestigation report setting out the Commissioner's preliminary findings in respect of the reinvestigation. The report is available on the ADC's website here. Interested parties have been invited to make submissions to the ADC in response to the Commissioner's preliminary findings by no later than 11 September 2020.
Addendum to Preliminary Reinvestigation Report: On 19 November 2020, the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) published an addendum to its preliminary reinvestigation report, addressing those matters raised in the submissions to the ADC's Preliminary Reinvestigation Report. The addendum is available on the ADC's website here. Interested parties have been invited to make submissions to the ADC in response to the Commissioner's additional preliminary findings by 4 December 2020.
