The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received applications seeking review of the decision of the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under section 269ZHG(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) to secure the continuation of anti-dumping measures applying to Deep Drawn Stainless Steel Sinks exported from the People’s Republic of China (the Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website on 28 February 2020 (ADN 2020/003).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substitute a specified new decision.
