Steel Reinforcing Bar exported from the Kingdom of Thailand

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) received an application from Millcon Steel Public Company Limited (Millcon) seeking a review of a decision by the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology to fix different variable factors under subsection 269ZDB(1)(a)(iii) of the Customs Act 1901 (Act) in respect of the dumping duty notice applying to Steel Reinforcing Bar exported from the Kingdom of Thailand by Millcon (the Reviewable Decision).

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website on 28 July 2020 (ADN 2020/072).

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
