A4 Copy Paper exported from the Republic of Indonesia by Pt Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk and Pt Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) received an application from Paper Australia Pty Ltd seeking a review of a decision by the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under subsection 269ZDB(1)(a)(ii) of the Customs Act 1901 (Act) in respect of A4 Copy Paper exported from the Republic of Indonesia by Pt Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk and Pt Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills (the Reviewable Decision).

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website on 14 September 2020 (ADN 2020/090).

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
