A4 Copy Paper exported from the People's Republic of China

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received an application seeking review of a decision by the then Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under section 269ZDBH(1)(b) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of the dumping duty notice and countervailing duty notice applying to A4 Copy Paper exported from the People's Republic of China (the Reviewable Decision).

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website on 19 March 2021 (ADN 2021/024).

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
