The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received applications seeking review of a decision by the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under section 269ZHG(1)(a) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Ammonium Nitrate exported to Australia from the Russian Federation (the Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (EPR 565) on 23 May 2021 (ADN 2021/053 refers).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.

The report is available on the ADC's website here. Interested parties have been invited to make submissions to the ADC in response to the Commissioner's preliminary findings by no later than 15 July 2022.
