The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received an application seeking review of a decision by the then Acting Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under section 269ZHG(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Consumer Pineapple exported from the Republic of the Philippines and the Kingdom of Thailand (the Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (EPR 571 & 572) on 6 October 2021 (ADN 2021/117 refers).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
