The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) received applications seeking a review of a decision by the Minister for Industry and Science under s.269ZHG(1)(b) of the Customs Act 1901 in respect of Hollow Structural Sections exported to Australia from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan (the Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on Anti-Dumping Commission's website (EPR 590) on 1 July 2022 (ADN 2022/049). Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
