3. Communication Strategy

The Skybridge website will be used to advertise vacancies and communicate supplier requirements. Subcontractors will be encouraged to register interest through the website and complete an engagement process.

Skybridge will communicate opportunities through the Australian Digital Television Industry Association and provide contact details for interested suppliers.

Information briefings will be conducted in the local areas of project roll-out to promote the use of local subcontractors.

An information booklet will be published on the company website detailing requirements for participation in the project.
4. Opportunities through all tiers of supply and in all stages of the project

All equipment must meet Australian standards (where a standard exists). Where Australian standards are not available the relevant international standards will apply.

Potential suppliers will be assessed against quality and value for money in accordance with Skybridge’s ISO9001 accredited Quality Management System.

Skybridge will encourage subcontractors and suppliers to adopt the same requirements detailed in the AIP Plan when sourcing goods and services for this project.
