We are establishing a national network of Industry Growth Program Advisers to provide tailored advice to eligible businesses.

The advisers will support businesses in the early stages, when they often have difficulty turning ideas into profitable products and services. This may include guiding them around seeking investment, market testing, business models and networking.

A new Executive Director, David Chuter, will support the advisers and act as the face of the program. He will also support industry partner organisations, leveraging expertise in priority sectors.

From 2024, businesses who receive advice may be able to apply for:

  • grants of $50,000 to $250,000 to support early-stage commercialisation projects
  • grants of $100,000 to $5 million for commercialisation and growth projects.

To be eligible, businesses must be undertaking commercialisation or growth projects in the National Reconstruction Fund priority areas.
