Deep drawn stainless steel sinks with a single deep drawn bowl having a volume of between 7 and 70 litres (inclusive), or multiple drawn bowls having a combined volume of between 12 and 70 litres (inclusive), with or without integrated drain boards, whether finished or unfinished, regardless of type of finish, gauge, or grade of stainless steel and whether or not including accessories.

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel received applications from Everhard Industries Proprietary Limited and Milena Australia Proprietary Limited, under the Customs Act 1901(the Act), for review of a decision by the former Minister for Industry and Science to publish a dumping duty and countervailing duty notice, in respect of Deep Drawn Stainless Steel Sinks imported from the Peoples Republic of China. The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application from Milena Australia Pty Ltd, dated 16 December 2016, for review of a decision by the Assistant Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science (Parliamentary Secretary), following a review of anti-dumping measures as they affect Shengzhou Chunyi Electrical Appliances Co.
