Siam Agro-Foods Industry Public Company Limited has applied to the Anti-Dumping Review Panel requesting a review of a decision by the Minister for Home Affairs (Minister) on 26 July 2013 under s269ZDB(1) to alter or not to alter a dumping duty notice(s) following a review inquiry concerning Consumer Pineapple.
Tipco Foods Public Company Limited and Dole Thailand Limited have applied to the Anti-Dumping Review Panel requesting a review of a decision by the Minister for Home Affairs (Minister) on 26 July 2013 under s269ZDB(1) to alter a dumping duty notice(s) following a review inquiry concerning Food Service and Industrial Pineapple (FSI Pineapple).
The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received applications for review of the decision of the Assistant Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, made on 13 September 2016, to secure the continuation of anti-dumping measures on consumer pineapples exported from the Republic of the Philippines (Philippines) and the Kingdom of Thailand (Thailand), and to secure the continuation of measures on Food Service and Industrial (FSI) pineapple from Thailand ('Reviewable Decisions').
