Tipco Foods Public Company Limited and Dole Thailand Limited have applied to the Anti-Dumping Review Panel requesting a review of a decision by the Minister for Home Affairs (Minister) on 26 July 2013 under s269ZDB(1) to alter a dumping duty notice(s) following a review inquiry concerning Food Service and Industrial Pineapple (FSI Pineapple). Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, The Anti-Dumping Review Panel is required to make a report to the Minister on the application recommending that the Minister either affirm the reviewable decision or revoke the reviewable decision and substitute a specified new decision.
