The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application seeking a review of the decision of the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology to publish a notice under sections 269ZHG(1)(b) in respect of Quenched and Tempered Steel Plate exported from Finland, Japan and Sweden (the Reviewable Decision).

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website on 4 October 2019 (ADN 2019/113).

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel received applications from Bisalloy Steel Group Ltd, Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation, JFE Steel Corporation, Kobe Steel, Lid, Collectively (Japanese Mills), JFE Steel Corporation and Total Steel of Australia Pty Ltd under the Customs Act 1901 for a review of a decision by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry to publish a dumping duty notice in respect of Quenched and Tempered Plate Steel exported from Finland, Japan and Sweden ( the Reviewable Decision)
