Quenched and Tempered Steel Plate from Finland, Japan and Sweden

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received an application seeking a review of the Minister for Industry and Science's decision made under subsection 269ZHG(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of quenched and tempered steel plate from Finland, Japan and Sweden (Reviewable Decision). 

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website (EPR 638) on 4 October 2024 (ADN 2024/064). 

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel must provide a report to the Minister on the application recommending that the Reviewable Decision be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.

ADRP report due to Minister 17 March 2025
Minister’s decision due Within 30 days after receiving the ADRP report, unless the Minister considers an extension of time is required due to special circumstances.
