The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) received applications seeking a review of a decision by the Minister for Industry and Science under section 269ZHG of the Customs Act 1901 in respect of Steel Reinforcing Bar exported to Australia from the Hellenic Republic, the Republic of Indonesia, the Kingdom of Spain (by Nervacero S.A.), Taiwan (by Power Steel Co. Ltd) and the Kingdom of Thailand (the Reviewable Decision).

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) received an application from Millcon Steel Public Company Limited (Millcon) seeking a review of a decision by the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology to fix different variable factors under subsection 269ZDB(1)(a)(iii) of the Customs Act 1901 (Act) in respect of the dumping duty notice applying to Steel Reinforcing Bar exported from the Kingdom of Thailand by Millcon (the Reviewable Decision).
