The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application from InfraBuild (Newcastle) Pty Ltd for review of a decision by the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) to terminate the investigation into the alleged dumping and subsidisation of Steel Reinforcing Bar exported from the Republic of Turkey (Reviewable Decision)

The Reviewable Decision was published on the ADC website on 20 June 2019 (ADN 2019/80 refers).

Steel Reinforcing Bar exported from the Republic of Korea and Taiwan

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application seeking review of the decision of the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under subsection 269ZDB(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Steel Reinforcing Bar exported from the Republic of Korea and Taiwan (Reviewable Decision).

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website on 31 May 2019 (ADN 2019/54).
