The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application from InfraBuild (Newcastle) Pty Ltd for review of a decision by the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) to terminate the investigation into the alleged dumping and subsidisation of Steel Reinforcing Bar exported from the Republic of Turkey (Reviewable Decision)
The Reviewable Decision was published on the ADC website on 20 June 2019 (ADN 2019/80 refers).
Under subsection 269ZZT(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the ADRP must make a decision on the application by affirming the Reviewable Decision or revoking the Reviewable Decision. The ADRP's decision will be made on or before 11 October 2019 and will be published on the ADRP website.
