Ltd) and the Kingdom of Thailand (Reviewable Decision).

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel has received an application from OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd (OneSteel) under the Customs Act 1901requesting a review of the decision made by Dale Seymour Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission (Commissioner) to terminate part of an investigation into steel reinforcing bar exported to Australia from the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, the Kingdom of Thailand (Thailand) and the Republic of Turkey (the Reviewable Decision).
