EPR 441

The goods the subject of the application (the goods) are:

Steel Pallet racking, or parts thereof, assembled or unassembled, of dimensions that can be adjusted as required (with or without locking tabs and/or slots, and/or bolted or clamped connections), including any of the following - beams, uprights (up to 12m) and brace (with or without nuts and bolts).

Further information on the goods description can be found in ADN 2017/161

501

The goods the subject of the application (the goods) are:

Solid base angle, made from hot rolled coil steel, alloyed or non-alloyed, cold roll-formed, whether or not galvanised.

The subject goods are typically described as solid base angle or Budabar or B-bar or ribbed angle lintel or L-section and are typically used as lintels.

The goods are generally supplied in section sizes being nominally 100mm x 100mm x 6mm or 150mm x 100mm x 6mm ranging in length from 900mm to 4,000mm.

EPR 468

Goods Covered by the Investigation

Hot rolled rods in coils of steel, whether or not containing alloys, that have maximum cross sections that are less than 14mm.

The goods covered by this application include all steel rods meeting the above description regardless of the particular grade or alloy content.

Goods excluded from this application include hot-rolled deformed steel reinforcing bar in coil form, commonly identified as rebar or debar, and stainless steel in coils.

466

The goods the subject of the application (the goods) are:

Forged and rolled steel, high hardness, nominal 38-inch (or 966 mm to 970 mm) diameter, railway wheels, whether or not including alloys.

Axles and other components are excluded from the goods coverage.

Additional information

The railway wheels are manufactured in accordance with relevant user defined specifications and drawings, and are used on rail carriages used to transport iron ore. Further information on the goods is available in CON 466 (linked below).

507

The goods the subject of the application (the goods) are:

Liquid dielectric power transformers with power ratings of equal to or greater than 10 MVA (mega volt amperes) and a voltage rating of less than 500kV (kilo volts) whether assembled or unassembled, complete or incomplete.

EPR 419

Goods Covered by the Application

Certain electric resistance welded pipe and tube made of carbon steel, comprising circular and non-circular hollow sections in galvanised and non-galvanised finishes. The goods are normally referred to as either CHS (circular hollow sections) or RHS (rectangular or square hollow sections). The goods are collectively referred to as HSS (hollow structural sections). Finish types for the goods include in-line galvanised (ILG), pre-galvanised or hot-dipped galvanised (HDG) and nongalvanised HSS.

502

The goods the subject of the application (the goods) are:

Ferrous grinding balls, whether or not containing alloys, cast or forged, with diameters in the range 22mm to 170mm (inclusive).

The goods covered include all ferrous grinding balls, typically used for the comminution of metalliferous ores, meeting the above description of the goods regardless of the particular grade or alloy content.

Goods excluded from this application include stainless steel balls, precision balls that have been machined and/or polished, and ball bearings.

473

The goods the subject of the application (the goods) are:

Ammonium nitrate, prilled, granular or in other solid form, with or without additives or coatings, in packages exceeding 10kg.

Further information on whether goods are included or excluded can be found in the initiation ADN (linked below).
