The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received applications for review of the decision of the former Assistant Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science/Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science to publish a notice under subsection 269ZHG(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Hot Rolled Coil exported from Japan, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on 18 December 2017 on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (ADN 2017/166).
