Steel Rod in Coils exported from the People's Republic of China

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel has accepted applications from Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd, OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) and Vicmesh Pty Ltd for review of a decision by the Parliamentary Secretary to publish a dumping duty notice in respect of steel rod in coils (RIC) exported to Australia from the People's Republic of China.

The Parliamentary Secretary's decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) website on 22 April 2016.

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ("ADRP") has received an application from OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd ("OneSteel") dated 24 April 2018 for review of a decision by the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission ("ADC") to terminate the investigation into the alleged dumping of Steel Rod in Coils exported from the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam ("Reviewable Decision")

The Reviewable Decision was published on the ADC's website on 26 March 2018 (ADN 2018/53 refers).

Steel Rod in Coil exported from the People's Republic of China

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received applications for review of the decision of the Assistant Minister for Science, Jobs and Innovation/Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Jobs and Innovation made under subsection 269ZDB(1)(a)(iii)) of the Customs Act 1901(the Act) in respect of Steel Rod in Coil exported from the People's Republic of China (Reviewable Decision).
