The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received applications seeking review of decisions by the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology to publish dumping notices under sections 269TG(1) and (2) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Aluminium Extrusions (mill finish) exported from Malaysia and Aluminium Extrusions (surface finished) exported from Malaysia (the Reviewable Decisions).
