The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received an application seeking review of the decision of the Minister for Industry and Science made under subsection 269ZHG(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of certain railway wheels exported from the People's Republic of China and the French Republic (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website (EPR 632) on 11 July 2024 (ADN 2024/036).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substitute a specified new decision.
