The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) received applications seeking a review of a decision by the Minister for Industry and Science under section 269ZHG of the Customs Act 1901 in respect of Steel Reinforcing Bar exported to Australia from the Hellenic Republic, the Republic of Indonesia, the Kingdom of Spain (by Nervacero S.A.), Taiwan (by Power Steel Co. Ltd) and the Kingdom of Thailand (the Reviewable Decision).
The Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) website (EPR 601) on 21 February 2023 (ADN 2023/004 refers). Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
