A4 Copy Paper exported from the Federative Republic of Brazil, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Indonesia and the Kingdom of Thailand

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application from Paper Australia Pty Ltd dated 13 April 2017 for review of a decision ('Reviewable Decision') by the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission ('Commission') to terminate part of Investigation 341 into the alleged dumping and subsidisation of A4 copy paper exported to Australia.The part of the Investigation which was terminated related to goods exported:

    1. by Pt Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, Pt Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills, Pt Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk ('Tjiwi Kimia') and Riau Andalan Kertas;
    2. by the Republic of Indonesia; and
    3. by UPM (China) Co., Ltd and UPM Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.

The Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) website on 17 March 2017 (ADN 2017/34).
