The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) received applications seeking a review of a decision by the then Minister for Industry, Energy and Emissions Reduction under section 269ZHG(1)(b) of the Customs Act 1901 in respect of A4 Copy Paper exported from the Federative Republic of Brazil, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Indonesia and the Kingdom of Thailand (the Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on Anti-Dumping Commission's website (EPR 588) on 31 March 2022 (ADN 2022/023 refers). Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
