The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received applications seeking review of a decision by the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under sections 269ZHG(1)(b) and 269ZHG(4)(a)(iii) of the Customs Act 1901 (Act) in respect of Aluminium Extrusions exported from the People’s Republic of China (the Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website on 15 October 2020 (ADN 2020/103).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
