Aluminium Micro-Extrusions exported from the People's Republic of China

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received an application seeking review of a decision by the Commissioner for the Anti-Dumping Commission under section 269TDA(1)(b)(i) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Aluminium Micro-Extrusions exported from the People's Republic of China (the Reviewable Decision).

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website on 17 March 2021 (ADN 2021/038 refers).

Under subsection 269ZZT(1) of the Act, the Review Panel must make a decision on the application by affirming the Reviewable Decision or revoking the Reviewable Decision. The Review Panel's decision will be made on or before 5 July 2021 and will be published on the Review Panel's website.
