Aluminium Zinc Coated Steel of a width equal to or greater than 600 millimetres exported from the Republic of Korea, Taiwan and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received applications seeking review of a decision by the Minister for Industry, Energy and Emissions Reduction made under section 269TG of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Aluminium Zinc Coated Steel of a width equal to or greater than 600 millimetres exported from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (the Reviewable Decision).

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (EPR 558) on 24 December 2021 (ADN 2021/147 refers).

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
